Our story began in 1991 in the North West, where I started my journey as an apprentice with British Gas. Those early years laid the foundation for my skills and understanding of the heating industry. In 2003, I took the leap into self-employment, building a successful company in the North before life took us to the South West in 2007.

After relocating, I gained further expertise working as a diagnostic engineer with Ideal Boilers, where I honed my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. These experiences inspired me to establish AmberHeat in 2013. The company’s name is a tribute to my eldest daughter, Amber, and reflects the warmth and care we bring to every home we serve.
